(Reuters) POV: when you arrive in an Asian metropolis and automatically become a smoker 🚬😳: Based on the global average, study finds that polluted air shortens human lifespans more than tobacco. On average, tobacco shaves 2.2 yrs off lifespan globally, and in some global locations, lifespan has been shorten by air pollution a lot more than that (for example, in New Delhi the impact to lifespan from air pollution is -10 years!). read here
