7. (The Hill) The California Assembly approved legislation that would require all major corporations that operate in the state to disclose both direct and indirect greenhouse gas emissions. +. (WRI)(Report) The verdict is in, and it is not good... When countries adopted the Paris Agreement, they also agreed to assess their progress toward limiting temperature increase to 2 degrees C (3.6 degrees F). The first report is out and, yes, we are way behind. The first 2 pages of the report summary should tell you what you need to know. read here
